Bicycles.
Different needs, one standard:
excellence.
Every cyclist is different. So are our bikes. We don’t sell off-the-shelf solutions.
We listen, we design, and we build bikes that reflect your riding style, your terrain, and your aesthetics.
PERFORMANCE · MADE TO MEASURE
Royal Asport m2m.
A made-to-measure steel frame, designed around your riding style, your body, and the roads you ride. Built by hand in Italy by Vincenzo Forgione. No two are identical. Every tube, every angle, every detail answers a specific intent.

THE PROCESS
From first conversation to first ride.
Every m2m project begins with a conversation: your riding style, terrain, geometry preferences, component choices. From there, Vincenzo Forgione builds the frame by hand in his Italian atelier. The result arrives in our studio in the Pyrenees, where we assemble your bike and dial it to your specification.
01 Consultation - We discuss your riding, your roads, your ambitions.
02 Proposal - Geometry, steel grade, components, finish. A complete blueprint.
03 Build - Frame handcrafted by Vincenzo Forgione in Italy. 8 to 12 weeks.
04 Assembly - Bike assembled by us in our studio. 2 to 4 weeks.
05 Delivery - Assembled, tuned, ready to ride from day one.
ADVENTURE · CURATED IMPORT
Rodeo Adventure Labs.
Carbon and titanium framesets for gravel, bikepacking, and mixed-terrain riding. Rodeo Labs design its frames in Boulder, Colorado. We select the platform, define the build, check compatibility, and deliver your bicycle ready for real terrain.
WHY RODEO LABS
Rodeo Labs frames are designed by riders, for riders who push into unknown terrain. The Traildonkey, the Flaanimal, each is an engineering statement about what a bicycle should be able to do. We ride what we sell. Every frameset we carry has been tested on Pyrenean gravel before it reaches a client.
→ Direct from the USA: no middleman, fast lead time.
→ Full build service: we assemble, tune, and deliver ready to ride.
→ Compatibility check: we verify every component choice before anything is ordered.
VINTAGE · RESTORATION
Royal Asport Classics.
A steel frame from the 1970s with its original lugs. A racing bicycle that belonged to someone. A conversion from road to gravel. Daniel Planas restores and converts vintage frames at his atelier in Pau, with precision, respect, and the kind of attention that makes a bicycle feel new and timeless at once.

RESTORATION/RESTOMOD
Full frame restoration.
Strip, clean, repaint or polish, rebuild. Every component inspected and replaced where needed. Back to original spec or upgraded with intent.
CONVERSION
Road to urban or gravel, or anything fun.
Tyre clearance assessment, fork compatibility, brake conversion, gearing adaptation. A second life on terrain the original frame never imagined.
THE ATELIER
Daniel Planas, Pau, France.
Specialist restorer based in Pau, working on steel and alloy frames of all origins and eras. A craftsman who understands what these bikes meant, and still mean.
TOURING • LEISURE
Regina Sport touring.
Three models, one philosophy: a bicycle that carries you and your life across distance. Steel frames with luggage compatibility, relaxed geometry, and the durability that only this material can provide over decades of use.
About Regina Sport
After years as head mechanic at Royal Asport, Jean “Pitche” Betbeder was entrusted with the workshop by the Habierre family, who handed him the keys to their legacy.
Rather than remain in the shadow of the past, Pitche gave the brand a new name in 1964: “Regina Sport”, and a broader mission: to serve all cyclists from racers to young kids.
Over the decades, Regina Sport produced everything from racing machines to touring bikes, urban commuters, mountain bikes, children’s bikes, and more.
→ In 2026, Regina Sport rejoins Royal Asport as a natural counterpart.
→ Royal Asport stands for pure performance.
→ Regina Sport stands for purposeful versatility.
Two names. One philosophy. A shared pursuit of excellence.
Our terrain.
Your bicycle.
Every bicycle we build or import is tested in the Pyrenees, on the cols of Béarn, the gravel tracks of Aragon, the mountains above Borau. We know what a bicycle needs to feature here. And that knowledge shapes every project we take on.
Let's define your next bicycle.
Every project begins with a conversation. Tell us what you ride, where you ride, and what you're looking for.
SELECTED BUILDS
Every bicycle has a name.
Six builds. Each named after a Pyrenean summit or a personal reference, each built for a specific rider, a specific terrain, a specific intent.
6 builds documented. Each is a unique machine, built for a specific rider and terrain. The next one is yours.
